Enjoy this fabulous vegan soup that is loaded with veggies and protein! It's simple to make plus very satisfying. Share a bowl...they will be so grateful for the yummy nourishment!
1 chopped green onion
1/3 cup broccoli
2-3 tbs. garbanzos
1 strip kombu seaweed cut in small pieces
1/2 cup baby kale or greens of your choice
2 eggs (optional)
Bring 1 1/2 cups water to boil
Turn off heat after 2-3 minutes, until veggies are lightly cooked (If using eggs, until poached)
Add 1 packet of Immune Broth
Stir, wait 2 minutes
1 teaspoon chopped cilantro to garnish
