2 heads Broccoli, cut into bite size pieces (or 2 zucchinis sliced into julienne pieces)3 tablespoon avocado oil2 tablespoons almond flour1 tablespoon nutritional yeast1/2 tsp.paprika1/4 tsp. rosemary1 packet Better Belly broth1/2 tsp.garlic salt
Toss all ingredients together in a bowl. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Move broccoli around to get both sides golden. Cook for another 10 minutes.Here is the zucchini version.
