This dish is full of superfood ingredients and vegetables!
1 cup of quinoa
2 cups of water
Salt and pepper
1 pack of Vitality Broth
1/4 cup of cilantro
1 avocado, sliced
1 can of black beans
1 can of corn or 2 cups of fresh corn
1 cup of sliced cherry tomatoes
1 sliced lime
Bring water to a boil and mix in quinoa. Cook for 15 minutes, then set aside for 5 minutes. Fluff the quinoa and mix in the Vitality broth, salt, and pepper. Top with the rest of the ingredients and enjoy!
