All about those veggie entrees. 👌 This cauliflower steak gives you the nutritional benefits of 8 vegetables in one simple dish with rich flavors perfect for summer time.
1 whole cauliflower, cut in thick slices. 1 packet Immune
Oil of choice, we recommend avocado oil
Fresh garlic, minced
Parmesan, or vegan cheese of choice
Heat oven to 425. Lay cauliflower slices on a baking sheet and coat with oil. Then sprinkle with broth, garlic, cheese, salt and pepper. Cook in the oven for 20 minutes, flipping half way through. Enjoy!
