Grace came up with yet another delicious and simple way to get satisfying, nourishing and a healthy meal for you and your family.... perfect for an addition to your Valentines menu as well!
1 small to medium sweet potato
1 packet Vitality
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 green onions or 1 leek
a handful of soaked almonds or cashews
Optional: garnish with a few sprigs of cilantro
Optional: add 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
