While the idea of a hot broth during summer time may not jump out at you, it is light, quick, nutritious and easy to make. Our varieties are wonderful to have early in the morning or in the evening when the sun goes down. Here’s a recipe that is fast, clean and simple
1 packet of your chosen variety of BB 1 tsp fresh cilantro 1 tsp fresh parsley 1 handful of spinach/kale/arugula (a leafy green of your choice) 1 tsp coconut oil 1 tsp nutritional yeast 1 pinch of salt 1/8 c corn off the cob
Boil water, turn off heat. Add in broth, herbs and vegetables. Let sit for 2-5 minutes covered, and add in remaining ingredients to taste. Serve and enjoy!
