Springtime lends itself to not only chirping birds and popping buds but the high and low temps, plus allergy and cold season. Beyond Broth is here for your Everyday wellness!
There are a plethora of noodle bowls... this one has Beyond Broth's yumminess!
Plus it took me 10 minutes to prepare using all organic fresh ingredients to support your health.
I used a cast iron noodle pot but any small/medium size will do.
1 package Lotus Foods Organic gluten free ramen noodles...or whatever "healthy" noodles that cook in under 4 minutes
1 small stalk chopped broccoli
1 large handful baby braising greens
3 tbsp. corn
1 green onion sliced
6 snow pea pods
1 tsp. organic miso paste
1 sliced carrot
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
Any Beyond Broth flavor packet
1 tbsp. Nutritional yeast
1 tbsp. Dulse flakes
1 tbsp. coconut oil
3-4 cups water...depending on the size of your pot
Add water to pot, turn on heat
Add uncooked ramen noodles, cabbage, carrot, green onion. Simmer for 3 minutes.
Add broccoli, corn, and greens. Simmer another minute. Add coconut oil, Beyond Broth, dulse flakes. Turn off in 30 seconds. Add miso, nutritional yeast.
Stir everything together. Let sit another 2 minutes.
Voilla...yummy and satisfying!
