This summery and light recipe has the flavors of your favorite Thai soups using the delicious broth. Let’s make it easy to stay healthy!
Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 can coconut milk
1 green onion
½ avocado
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp chopped basil
2 packets Immune Broth
1 tsp nutritional yeast
Pinch of salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Bring coconut milk to a simmer, add in 2 packets of Immune broth, and stir. Mix in onion, herbs, nutritional yeast, salt and pepper. Add water to thin out soup if it’s too thick. Let cool, and add in avocado. Enjoy, warm or chilled!
