1. Straight up...Just add boiling water, anytime
2. Add a spoonful of your favorite miso
3. On the go in a thermos
4. On the ski slopes or camping
5. Add a tbs. of coconut oil or 2 tbs. coconut milk from the can, nutritional yeast and dulse flakes (or other seaweed)
6. Squeeze lemon juice for a tang
7. Add veggies and protein for a 5 minute meal (see our recipe blog for many ideas)
8. Season roasted veggies with Vitality broth and coconut oil. Bake at 375 degrees
9. For you meat lovers...make bison meatloaf with the Vitality broth, green onions, grated zucchini and carrots!
