We're so ready for summer and grill season. Who else? This veggie kabob recipe is a great way to enjoy the season. We hope you enjoy!
Makes 4 kabobs
1 medium yellow squash
2 medium zucchini
1 red onion
1lb white mushrooms
3 TBSP avocado oil
1 packet of Immune or Vitality Broth
Slice all of the vegetables into equal sizes and keep the mushrooms whole. Place on the skewer in an even pattern until all are full. Mix the oil and broth and brush over the kabobs. Then sprinkle with salt. Grill the kabobs on medium heat until a light char is on the vegetables. Enjoy!
