Exercise for warming the kidneys: Rub both hands together for about 10 seconds and place on either kidney. Hold for 10 seconds. Repeat 3x.

Eat more Vitamin-D producing foods including seafood (salmon, tuna, sardines, herring, shrimp, and oysters) and egg yolks. For all you vegetarians and vegans, mushrooms are the only plant source of Vitamin-D!
